I'm Jordan Michael Schuster, and this page is my lab notebook. I run Omega MegaCorp, an evolutionary venture lab in the San Francisco Bay Area cultivating toys, tools, games, software and services. Every machine indexed below was built in public and dropped as an iterative limited edition — brands grown organically, one release at a time.
I look for what I call 110% founders — people so aligned with their work that they can access all of their creativity, intellect and spirit, and if they found another 10% of themselves, they'd throw that in too. I hold myself to the same standard. The method: build in public, ship small, let real feedback cycles steer, and keep the surface quiet until someone touches it.
New York. I ran a creative staffing studio connecting five hundred college students with the city's social-justice, tech-arts and entertainment worlds — my first taste of building networks that outlive their projects.
Berkeley. I founded Fearless Chocolate in a home kitchen and grew it into 2,700+ retailers including Whole Foods, using cradle-to-cradle principles to make the most sustainable organic chocolate bar in the country.
il Morso — I invented a way to give coffee the form and texture of chocolate, a category that didn't exist, seed-funded by Accel Foods, first $1.1M in sales.
Snacktually, nine years of full-spectrum product consulting: 27 startup teams, 75+ CPG lines launched, 14 manufacturing sites engineered and staffed, $300M+ in new client revenue.
I crossed into digital product. At evo.art I led product for a fine-art marketplace with museum-grade provenance on Ethereum — exhibitions with Jim Carrey, Ash Thorp and Trulee Hall — and shipped Web3 products with venture-backed studios through Expaaand.

I make AI films, support big art in San Francisco through Coven, and build strange instruments — the current one senses biophotons inside an electromagnetically dark room. Moving between the physical and the improbable is my happy place.
